About Us
We are not your typical tour company. OLAS was born in Costa Rica with the purpose of using the outdoors to teach people life skills that will help them reach their full potential. We believe the best way to achieve this is by taking you out of your comfort zone and immersing you in a new culture and challenging environment. Our goal is to make the world a better place by developing students with greater self-confidence, improved leadership skills, heightened environmental awareness, and a desire to make the world a better place; and of course, have fun.

Carlos has been an outdoor educator for over 14 years and has developed a passion and desire to exchange experiences and knowledge with anyone who is willing to step out of their daily routine and experience the “PURA VIDA” lifestyle.

After participating in several outdoor education courses in Costa Rica, Bailey developed a love and passion for the country and its people. Having lived here for 7 years, she loves getting to share her passion & the lessons the outdoors have to offer with other young people.

Born and raised in Costa Rica, "Caly" specializes in bringing happiness to everyone she meets. Her favorite pass times include chasing birds and playing fetch with our students.
